Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are prepared and handed to the postal service the very same afternoon. We wrap the glass jars in heavy corrugated paper sleeves and seal the cardboard box with water-activated paper tape. You will receive a standard tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our Leeds workbench.

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is unused and remains in its original packaging with the hygiene seal unbroken. Hygiene-sealed wellness items cannot be returned once opened unless the product is damaged or faulty. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged.
