1. The seller

2. The goods

Food supplements, botanical extract capsules, and micronutrient wellness formulations designed to support daily dietary intake and nutritional balance, sold as non-medicinal consumer goods. Each product page sets out the botanical ingredients, volume, and preparation method. Visual representations serve to illustrate our craft; final packaging presentation may show slight variations.

3. Ordering and contract

An order is registered once you finalize the checkout process. We acknowledge receipt by email, and the formal sale takes effect when your package leaves our workshop. We reserve the right to decline an order should stock be exhausted or customer details cannot be authenticated, in which scenario we promptly refund any received payment.

4. Prices and payment

Listed rates appear in GBP and incorporate statutory VAT where applicable. Packaging and delivery costs are shown during checkout prior to payment. Permitted payment routes: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an unmistakable pricing mistake occurs, we reserve the right to adjust it before dispatch, giving you the choice to proceed or cancel.

5. Delivery

We list our shipping routes, dispatch schedules and parcel rates on the Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it is handed across your threshold.

6. Product images and colours

We photograph the exact jars and botanical powders we blend in our workshop. Screen settings, room lighting and natural batches may gently shift the visual tone of dried elderberry or acerola; this subtle variance is natural, not a flaw, and does not qualify for free returns or claims. Jar volumes, raw ingredients and exact weights are detailed on each listing.

7. Transfer of risk

We look after every jar until the courier places it directly into your hands or with your designated recipient at the shipping address. At that handover, care and risk transfer to you. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please sign for it as damaged with the driver and notify us within 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

You can send unopened jars back to our workshop within 30 days of receipt, following the steps on our Returns page. Souldrawn Ltd. warrants that all products supplied comply with the specifications set forth in the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, arriving unadulterated, accurately labeled, and within stated shelf-life parameters. No therapeutic outcome or physiological diagnosis resolution is warranted or implied.

• Specially compounded, personalized, or custom-packaged vitamin regimens.
• Perishable dietary products or short-dated goods past their stated shelf life.
• Nutritional supplement containers, bottles, or blister packaging where the manufacturer safety foil or tamper-evident seal has been opened or altered after delivery, due to biosecurity and public health protection rules.
• Consumable products that have been inseparably mixed with other substances after receipt.
• Unsealed digital informational guides, meal plans, or downloaded wellness schedules.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the aggregate liability of Souldrawn Ltd. for any claim arising from order fulfillment, product handling, or breach of contract shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific order giving rise to liability, or £100.00, whichever amount is lower. Nothing written here seeks to restrict any statutory responsibility that statutory law forbids us to exclude.

10. Age and use

You must be 18 or older to purchase from our workshop. Please take our botanical powders according to the glass jar label; our blends support everyday wellness and do not replace professional medical guidance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from product sales are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Should an issue remain unresolved after a direct conversation with us, it will be referred to the court of our registered business location, without affecting the statutory consumer protections in your home country.
